Refund & Cancellation Policy

CEREBRUMX (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED provides custom software and IT services. Because our work is tailored to each client and is delivered against an agreed scope, this policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

01Nature of our services

Our engagements are bespoke professional services — such as development, automation and IT services — delivered under a written proposal or statement of work. They are not off-the-shelf goods, and payments typically cover work performed and resources committed.

02Cancellation by the client

You may cancel an ongoing engagement at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). On cancellation, you are charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date and for any non-cancellable third-party costs already committed on your behalf.

03Refunds

• Any advance that exceeds the value of work performed and committed costs at the cancellation date is refunded to you.
• Fees for work already completed, delivered, or accepted are non-refundable.
• Where a milestone has been delivered and accepted, the amount for that milestone is non-refundable.

04How to request a refund

Email farhatrather1@gmail.com with your project reference and reason. We will review the request and confirm the eligible amount, if any.

05Refund timeline & method

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method or bank account used for the payment, in Indian Rupees (INR).

06Disputes

We aim to resolve any billing question amicably. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction (see our Terms of Service).
